Making wine has been a continuous part of our family since 2003, after we returned from living as ex-pats in Milan, Italy.

We bought 100 lbs. of Zinfandel grapes and learned just how hard it is to make good wine.

But we stuck with it.

Each new harvest brought more experience and a  fresh, clean slate for more winemaking. By 2007 we felt we were on to something good.

In 2008 Kevin and Jill started Seven Bridges Winery with their friend Bob Switzer. After growing Seven Bridges for 10 years, winning many awards and accolades along the way, we exited (amicably -- we are still big Seven Bridges fans) to start a smaller, family-focused winery.

In 2018, Kevin and Jill, along with their children Clayton and Sloane, embarked on this new venture, Rossini Winery.

We now make small lots of limited quantity, very high-quality premium wine for our family, friends, and fans of big, bold reds.

Although the family is now bi-coastal, with both kids in NYC, they help out at every chance they can -- as seen in this picture taken at our first public release in December, 2022.

The Ross family has grown closer from our collaboration and cooperation in winemaking, which strengthens with every vintage. From our family to yours -- this is why we make wine.
